Automotive painting units Geico awarded

Geico won three awards for innovation in its automotive painting units solutions at the Surcar International Awards 2016, held last September 7th in Shanghai. The awards have been assigned to the company in three different categories: the innovative system for the management of all the plant documentation J-Doc won in the category Startup and commissioning.

A second award went in the Lean, plant and process design category to the new Geico’s oven based on air flow optimization, aiming at reducing emissions and energy consumptions. At last, Geico was awarded in the category Environmental footprint for Dryspin scrubber, an innovative solution for paint separation of overspray.
