The C-Cutter Mini by BIG Kaiser is an ultra high feed chamfering mill with a compact design, designed for multi-functional cutting tasks such as chamfering, back chamfering and face milling. The tool’s innovative design reduces the cutting diameter down to the lowest limit, enabling impressive ultra-high spindle speeds and feed rates.

Cutting speed is further increased by the new wear-resistant inserts with multi layer physical vapour deposition (PVD) coating. The tool’s ultra-high speed and feed rate capability has the potential to slash machining times by up to 85%, compared to other competitor’s products. C-Cutter Mini is available in single insert and four insert configurations, providing additional flexibility to the customer. Increasing the number of inserts from one or two per cutter to four, multiplies the feed rate, speeding up operations and improving productivity.

BIG Kaiser also introduced a very small hex insert, with a diameter of 3,97 mm, enabling highly efficient back chamfering from a 6 mm starting hole diameter, whilst the 3-corner insert design reduces costs.
