Atos expands its offering of digital pressure control valves with proportional pressure control valves and ISO cartridges that integrate a pressure transducer, in order to offer higher performances for hysteresis, response time, linearity and stability. The devices offer maximum pressure of 350 bar and maximum flow rate up to 4.500 l/min.

Valve’s regulation is controlled in closed loop by an on board digital driver, that also corrects non-linearity and regulation drifts, thanks to the integrated pressure transducer feedback. The valve is provided with four preset configurations of dynamic response to match different hydraulic conditions, selectable with the Atos PC software or in real time via fieldbus communication. Open-loop configuration can be selected for system troubleshooting or maintenance purpose. Fieldbus interfaces CANopen, Profibus DP and EtherCAT are optionally available.
