Soluble coolants highly stable Castrol

Castrol soluble coolants Hysol SL 35 XBB and Alusol SL 51 XBB reinvent the fundamentals of cutting fluid technology by maintaining constants pH levels (9-9,5), meaning stable conditions exceeding lifetime expectations of other standard cutting fluids. The two products ensure a great control on bacterial growth and contamination, that lead to unpleasant odours, unstable emulsion and poor performances, thus not relying on the use of boron or formaldehyde releasing agents, or additional biocide and fungicide additive packs to control bacteria, significantly reduced or eliminated.

Castrol Hysol XBB, for use with ferrous alloys, and Castrol Alusol XBB, improving precision performance in aluminum machining, have excellent lubricating properties, helping prevent swarf build-up assuring high quality surface finish and low scrappage rates, and even at low concentrations maintain machining performance helping to protect against corrosion and staining. The cutting fluids also significantly improve safety on factory environment and working conditions, meeting HSSE requirements.
