AGV DMG Mori Jungheinrich

DMG Mori and Jungheinrich, a company specialized in the field of automated guided vehicles, presented at the last EMO the first AGV product born from their development partnership for driverless transport systems in intralogistics operations. The DMG Mori PH-AGV 50 is a flexible autonomous vehicle that enables fully automated loading and unloading of workpiece pallets on machine tools.

A key element in the digital factory of the future, the DMG Mori’s AGV solution reduces transport times as well as assembly and logistics costs, accelerating the material flow ensuring more flexible and productive processes in production. The PH-AGV 50 is a modular and expandable system that moves freely in the production halls employing a precise laser navigation technology, automatically aligning itself to the machine tools. Free access and safety for the user are guaranteed at all times.

The jointly developed autonomous pallet handling system is already available for order. In addition, all processes in the production and administration of pallets can be further optimized with the DMG Mori Cell Controller LPS.
