Italian opening for Faulhaber in January

January 1st, 2019 will be the official opening date of the first Italian branch of Faulhaber, a company specialized in precision miniature and micro drive systems. The Faulhaber Italia sales company will be in Lomazzo, north of Milan, and it will directly take over sales and service of Faulhaber products in Italy from its long-time distributor Servotecnica.

The decision to open in Italy was driven by the important presence here of several innovative companies, making the Country a significant market for Faulhaber, one in which the company intend to be present throughout. Very interesting for Faulhaber are in particular the companies in the areas of hand tools or medical and automation technology, some of which are already customers.

The company aims then to win over the others, and with a new subsidiary customers will be able to profit even more than before from the know-how and services offered. Direct contact will in particular provide great advantages when selecting the optimum drive for a specific use, or for the customer-specific development of customer’s applications.
