3D printing innovation with Ira3D filaments
Ira3D, a young italian company founded in 2014, presents a new line of special Made in Italy filaments, aimed to increase accuracy, quality and creative freedom in 3D printing of prototypes and other functional objects. Special ABS filaments offer thermal resistance and reliability in rapid prototyping, for gears, mechanisms and other components production prone to both static and dynamic friction. Ira3D ABS filaments reduce warping by 80%, improving resistance and mechanical stress, with increased 3D printing quality with no layer effect.
PLA filaments offer increased strength in an environmentally friendly product, due to its vegetable base, with a sweet smelling during printing and fully compostable upon being discarded. Indestructible and yet still flexible, the range of Nylon HQ filaments is available in 6 colors, offering extended functionality and reliability, recommended for 3D printing at seriously high temperatures, for higher mechanical strength and less chance of delamination. At last, Gummify is a thermoplastic polyurethane 3D filament (TPU) elastic, not deforming and resistant to oil, grease and scraping, suitable for components and tools in important applications from automotive to medical industry.
