24 SPECIAL HANNOVERMESS E 2023 Aignep SpA is a company based in Bio- ne (Brescia province) that has been pro- ducing fluid and compressed air com- ponents since 1976. Aignep’s aim today is to be the sole provider for distributors and end users of all technical solutions required in the field of pneumatic au- tomation. Aignep exports to over 100 countries around the world through an extensive network of distributors and its nine branches in the USA, China, Co- lombia, Spain, Switzerland, Brazil, Fran- ce, Germany and Russia. The network of distributors and directly controlled branches enable it to work closely alon- gside clients locally and to communicate to the technical office information which, in some cases, is then reflected in the new products Aignep launches onto the market. The Brescia-based company’s manufacturing activities are focused on five fields: fittings and connectors, quick couplings, automation, compressed air (the Infinity line for compressed air, inert gas and vacuum control) and fluid valves (the Fluidity valves for fluid control). Air treatment and distribution Aignep is a dynamic company that is constantly developing new products. One recently introduced product of par- ticular interest within the automation fa- mily is the new FRL EVO line: a range of units for better air treatment. This com- pletely silicon-free line is made from the latest generation of technopolymers that are resistant to high pressure and high temperatures. The metal threads gua- rantee efficiency and resistance and the internal passages of the components have been designed to have greater air flow. The modular clamping is also sim- ple and fast, with a quick release of the bowl, and the manometer is integrated into the main body. A major new addition to the Infinity air distribution line is the new 168 mm dia- meter designed for production sites that require large amounts of compressed air, or need air to be distributed to points a great distance away from the compres- sor room. This new diameter completes the size range in the series, where eight different diameters were already avai- lable: 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 110 mm. The Infinity series is also suitable for the distribution of inert gases (nitrogen, hydrogen etc) and for vacuum control. Connections and pneumatic actuators The range of connections has been ex- tended by the arrival of automatic con- nections with diameters of 16 mm for the 50000, 50000N and 60000 series in stainless steel. Following the trend to en- sure the safety of materials that come in- to contact with food – and in compliance with NSF and Moca standards - the ran- ges for the 59000 series and CW510L accessories made with low-lead alloys are being added to all the time. Again in the field of food applications, two new Food & Beverage series ha- ve been added to the catalogue: Series 53000 and 53000X, with bodies made of PPSU, and CW510L components made of brass alloy with low lead content or Ai- si 316L stainless steel. Another important development is Ai- gnep’s new range of Series L pneuma- tic actuators. A robust but lightweight version that meets ISO 15552/6431 construction standards. The particular shape of the head allows safe handling and easy cleaning. Single acting, double acting magnetic with cushion or double piston rods are the main variants. Specific variants, such as low and high temperatu- re, low friction, chemical resistance, metal scraper, long life etc (all made entirely in Italy) can also be ordered on request.
