24 SPECIAL EMO 2023 Promotional message Aignep recently introduced a new range of electric cylinders: the H and G series. The new FRL EVO line is completely silicon free. Of even greater interest within the automation family is the new FRL EVO line. This is a wide range of units for better air treatment. The completely silicon free line is made using state-of-the-art technopoly- mers that can withstand high pressures and temperatures, while the metal threads guar- antee efficiency and resist- ance. The inner parts of the pieces have been designed to have a greater air flow. The modular attachment is also quick and easy, with a quick release of the cup. The pressure gauge is integrated. Pneumatics division There have also been some important new developments in the In- finity air distribution line, which has now been extended with the new 168 diameter, designed for production sites requiring a significant consumption of compressed air or needing to distribute air to points a considerable distance from the compressor room. A diameter that completes the series which already has 8 diameters: 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 110. The Infinity series is also suitable for the distribu- tion of inert gases (nitrogen, hydrogen, etc.) and for vacuums. The range of fittings has been expanded with the arrival of push- in fittings with a diameter of 16 mm for the 50000, 50000N and 60000 series in stainless steel. As part of the effort to achieve a high- er degree of safety in materials for food applications (according to NSF and Moca standards), additions continue to be made to the 59000 series and accessories in CW510L, produced using low-lead alloys. Still on the subject of food applications, two new series for Food & Beverage have been added to the catalogue: the 53000 and 53000X series, with bodies in PPSU and components in CW510L low-lead brass or Aisi 316L stainless steel. Another important innovation, finally, is Aignep’s new range of L-se- ries pneumatic actuators: a robust yet lightweight version that meets ISO 15552/6431 construction standards. The particular shape of the head allows safe handling and easy cleaning. The main versions are: single acting, double acting magnetic with cushion or with a through rod. On request it is possible to order specific versions such as low or high temperature, low friction, chemical compatibility, met- al scraper, Atex, long life, etc..., all of which are made entirely in Italy. Aignep’s aim today is to be the sole provider for distributors and end users of all technical solutions required in the field of pneu- matic automation. Aignep exports to over 100 countries around the world through an extensive network of distributors, and through its nine branches in the USA, China, Colombia, Spain, Switzerland, Bra- zil, France, Germany and Russia. The network of distributors and di- rect branches means the company can closely follow the needs of its customers on site and to transmit information to the Technical Office which, in some cases, is then reflected in the new products Aignep launches onto the market. The Brescia-based company’s production focuses on five main areas: fittings, quick couplings, automation, Infin- ity (for the distribution of compressed air, inert gases and vacuum) and Fluidity (fluid control valves). Automation sector As a result of its ongoing R&D work, Aignep has recently introduced a new range of electric cylinders. This innovation arises from the need for applications that require speed, precision and constant position control. They are the H and G series with in-line and parallel motors, made of aluminium and hard- ened steel. Both series follow the ISO 15552 standard. They offer a number of key advan- tages, including speed of movement, positioning accu- racy and control, interchange- ability with ISO 15552 pneu- matic cylinders, a multiple po- sitioning capability and an an- ti-rotation functionality. They can operate across a wide range of temperatures, rang- ing from -20°C to +100°C. There have been developments in the Infinity air distribution line, which now includes the new 168 diameter.
