Wibu-Systems Da 30 anni sul mercato con soluzioni ad hoc per la protezione delle risorse digitali e la monetiz- zazione del software attraverso piattaforme ver- satili che gestiscano il ciclo di vita delle licenze, Wibu-Systems continua a spingere l’acceleratore sull’innovazione. Dopo la serie /B, vincitrice del premio iF Design Award 2019, Wibu-Systems pro- pone una nuova variante contraddistinta dalla sigla /D. Analogamente alle uni- tà della gamma /B, le chiavi di protezione CmStick/D, CmStick/DMC e CmStick/ DMI, rispettivamente senza memoria flash, con memoria di tipo MLC e pseu- do-SLC, presentano un guscio metallico resistente e dalle linee eleganti, e una componentistica che le rende adatte anche ad ambienti industriali soggetti a condizioni estreme. La vera novità è il connettore USB di tipo C, che ne con- sente l’uso su dispositivi, specialmente mobili, di nuova generazione. Wibu-Sy- stems continua così ad espandere il portafoglio di contenitori hardware sicuri più ampio al mondo, che include non solo chiavi di protezione USB, ma anche schede di memoria e Asic. Wittenstein Il principio di funzionamento del servoat- tuatore Galaxie di Wittestein si basa su una spirale logaritmica che prevede l’in- granamento su intere superfici di contat- to e non più solo su alcuni punti. L’area di contatto tra dente e corona è più este- sa di 6,5 volte rispetto a quella di un riduttore epicicloidale, permettendo una coppia massima trasmissibile molto maggiore. La ridottissima distanza tra portadenti e corona esterna minimizza il tratto di dente soggetto a fles- sione e garantisce una rigidezza torsionale fino al 580% superiore rispetto a quella dei migliori riduttori comparabili sul mercato. Novità assoluta è la serie DF, un servoattuatore dal design ultrapiatto ad albero cavo, con moto- re sincrono a magneti permanenti integrato radialmente. Galaxie D combina il riduttore ad albero cavo Galaxie G con un motore ad alte prestazion, da ora disponibile anche nella taglia 085, adatta per applicazioni più piccole. Galaxie GH è, invece, la variante di riduttore con prestadio ortogonale, per un’integrazione ottimale in ingombri minimi. Like the units in the /B range, CmStick/D, CmStick/ DMC and CmStick/DMI protection keys, which are without flash memory, with MLC-type memory and pseudo-SLC re- spectively, have a tough, but elegant metal housing, and com- ponents that make them suitable also for use in harsh industri- al environments. The most interesting new idea is the C-type USB connector, which can be used on new-generation de- vices (particularly mobile ones). So Wibu-Systems continues to expand its portfolio of safe hardware containers, which are among the most wide-ranging in the world, and include USB protection dongles, but alsomemory and Asic cards. Wittenstein The functional principle behind Wittenstein’s Galaxie drive system is based on a logarithmic spiral with toothing over the full contact rather than just in a few points. The area of contact between the tooth and the crown is is more than 6.5 times that of a planetary gearbox, giving much greater maxi- mum transmissible torque. The greatly reduced distance be- tween the toothholder and outer crown minimises the sec- tion of the tooth subject to distortion and ensures extreme torsional rigidity up to 580% higher than that of other compa- rable top-quality gearboxes on the market. One brand-new model is the DF series, a drive with a compact hollow-shaft design, and axially integrated, permanently excited synchro- nous motor. Galaxie D combines the Galaxie G hollow-shaft gearbox with a high-performance motor, now also available in the 085 size, suitable for smaller applications. Galaxie GH, meanwhile, is an orthogonal gearbox version, for optimum integration in highly compact installation spaces.
