Torni verticali a mandrino rovescio

Famar, quest’anno, in cui cade il 40° della sua fondazione, punta sulla gamma Infinity, arricchendola di nuovi modelli che oggi partono dalla taglia 200 per arrivare fino alla taglia 630 nella versione Ergo monomandrino, e dalla taglia 200 fino alla 400 nella versione Tandem bimandrino. Nella soluzione Infinity, grazie a un magazzino fino a 40 posizioni, e a uno scambiatore utensile posti nella parte posteriore della macchina, diventa possibile sostituire in automatico l’utensile usurato.

Questa operazione viene eseguita durante la fase di carico e scarico automatico del pezzo, e quindi senza gravare sul tempo ciclo. Eliminando gli arresti macchina per sostituzione manuale dell’utensile o dell’inserto, la soluzione Infinity  permette di incrementare in modo notevole la produttività della macchina stessa. In funzione delle diverse taglie, sono disponibili attacchi utensile Capto C5, C6 e C8 oppure, in alternativa, HSK63 e HSK80.
