Centro di lavoro a elevata modularità

Spark 2600X, presentato da Mandelli, è un centro di lavoro per grandi componenti in configurazione a T rovesciata con il movimento dell’asse Z sulla tavola e dell’asse X sul montante. Gli importanti dati del pezzo lavorabile (diametro max 2.600 mm, peso max 5.000 kg), le significative caratteristiche degli assi lineari (corse X=2.500, Y=2.000, Z=1.800; rapido 50 m/1’; accelerazione 4 m/s²) e la tavola girevole continua Direct Drive con velocità di rapido di 20 giri/min fanno di questo modello ‘un prodotto di elevate prestazioni tecnologiche e dinamiche’.

Altre caratteristiche di Spark 2600X sono l’elevata modularità delle configurazioni, che permettono di adeguarsi alle molteplici esigenze dei diversi settori di applicazione, la capacità di lavorare tutti i tipi di materiali, dalle leghe leggere ai materiali tenaci, l’automazione flessibile con magazzini utensili e sistemi di movimentazione pallet modulari, il sistema evacuazione trucioli con 3 coclee parallele all’asse Z, adatto a trattare efficacemente qualunque tipo di truciolo. Sono possibili soluzioni a 4 o 5 assi, sia con una grande varietà di teste mandrino da 5.000 a 24.000 giri/min, potenze fino a 70 kW e coppie fino a 1.200 Nm, sia con tavole tilting.
